Water in my diesel

Does anyone else have water in their diesel? I am getting about 30% water in my the bottom of my diesel and have to siphon off the diesel. Is this common? I know there was antifreeze mixed in with the oil but I thought it all setteled to the bottom of the tank and I just took the oil off the top of the tank.

There can be a lot of water in the oil emulsified (?) that will come out in the end product. If you make a drain in the bottom on the final product it should be pretty easy to drain it off.
Is this a consistant problem or just with this batch of waste oil that you are dealing with?

I have only used oil from one source so that is probably the prooblem.
