I am another new guy on the site, and have had a hard time figuring out the exact, or close temperature neccesary to achieve proper diesel production at the boiler, and the cooling tower/distillation column. I have been able to find vague temps, but nothing exactly. wondering what some guys have as a boiler temperature, to vaporize, and what temperature it is condensing at in the cooling tower. obviously being vigilant about temperatures and maintaining temps is the key to achieve efficient diesel production.
My second question, is if you over heat your boiler, or are capturing too much condensation in the tower, could you be collecting more gasoline, or kerosene, then diesel? Without using a motor, how do you test your diesel, before running it in a very expensive motor? what are the quality control techniques?
Thanks in advance.
