Too bad theres no final update on that design as of yet. This seems like an efficient design. I wish i had more details so i could get started on my own.

I know guy whose name is Oguz tuncoglu He is a petrochemical engineer basicly he desings smallsystem which retine waste oil into a usable product.Normally this kind of refining system costs around 30Million to set up with this mini refinery you can convert waste engine oil into diesel fuel what i hear is that he sets upthis system for 300K and it can create diesel fuel between 200-300 gallons per hour
Also he set up microwave refining system that can turn plastic and waste oil into diesel but must be very expensive
